We encourage our clients to make secure online payments through our website using Stripe, which is one of the world's largest online payment processors. Personal checks are also acceptable. We accept cash on a tipping basis only. All payments are requested the day of service.

Our team members are paid an overly competitive hourly rate. For reference of our pay scale, please see the Careers portion of our website. Knowing this, tipping is not expected or required. If you believe the level of service received is deserving of a cash tip, please feel free to tip your cleaner as you see fit.

We have clients that prefer to be on site during their clean and others that leave the house unattended for our team members. We do ask that clients provide us with the means to access the property if they choose to not be on site. We strongly encourage the property to be tidied up prior to your service. This allows for the team member to make the most efficient use of time while on site.

We will make every effort to schedule our team members with the same recurring client(s). This allows for the team member to better understand the personal needs and specifics in terms of cleaning their home.

We request all cancellations be made 48 hours prior to your service date. Cancellations made under 48 hours will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee which will be passed on to our TRUSTED team member as compensation for cancellation.

Yes, our TRUSTED team member will arrive on site with all the necessary supplies. If the client has a preferred cleaning supply (i.e. countertop spray, mop spray, vacuum), then we will be happy to use whichever supplies you provide/prefer.

Due to insurance purposes and the intended scope of our work as a residential cleaning service, below is a summary of services we do not offer:

Standing on ladders or stools (insurance purposes)
Hands and knees floor cleaning
Moving services of any kind (i.e furniture, appliances, etc.)
Handyman services (carpentry, tile, grout, plumbing, etc.)
Steam or carpet cleaning
Floor stripping/repair
Waste/bloodborne pathogen clean up
Mold remediation
Attic & garage work

At TRUSTED Clean we focus our business on providing a premium level of cleaning. Our competitive focus is on quality and dependability. As such, our clients can expect to receive services priced at or above market pricing. All service offerings are based on an hourly rate of service; starting at 3 and up to 5 hours for standard cleaning. We believe this pricing model allows us to pay fixed higher wages to our valued team members which in turn allows for:

- Employee retention and satisfaction
- Bonus/awards programs for our team members
- Repeated and TRUSTED service to our clients
- Community outreach programs through our selected non-profits of choice
